Arti has been associated with Shree Vaishno Abrasive Pvt Ltd , an abrasive company, for the past 7 years and is currently serving as their HR Head.

Arti’s role as HR Head involves overseeing the entire gamut of human resource management at SVAPL. She is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
